    Ability to work "Email Cards from Exchange" on RA when writing a mail with Japanese

    On Relationship Assistant, currently, "Email Cards from Exchange" doesn't work when email is written in Japanese.
    Even if it's English, "Email Cards from Exchange" works on only [Issue detected], [File requested], and [New lead/upsell oppotunity].
    It would be much better if all functions in "Email Cards from Exchange" work regardless of the language.

    Custom Alerts / Cards

    It would be really useful to be able to create custom alerts or cards for insights.  An example could be to create an alert / card for an Opportunity that has been stuck in a stage (process bar) for a period of time.


    The first step would be to be able to raise an alert via custom code / workflows, followed by the Relationship Insights section being able to automate these custom alerts (could be more challenging).

    Relationship Assistant is causing an error on the Notes pane

    When only Notes appears on the social pane and Relationship Assistant is active it causes the bug No Notes found and the user can't create or view notes. This occurs in custom entities, when relationship assistant is turned off the notes area works.

    Relationship Insights functionality not working properly

    We have enabled Relationship Insights preview on our organization and we have noticed that two feature simply do not work in our instance:



    • The Email insights section- it is enabled, deployed, and published but it does not appear in the email view. MS Support has confirmed that they have seen this behavior is some other organizations.

    • Within the Dynamics app in Outlook, we can choose to track emails, but the "follow" functionality does not work. When selected, it says "Adding follow information..." but it does not resolve. None of the corresponding insights data is being gathered.

    Allow users to remove emails not yet tracked using auto capture

    When an activity, such as an email, is auto captured in CRM and presented to the user as a possible activity to track, there is no way for the user to discard the suggested track. The email may be something the user doesn't want to track in CRM, but they still want to keep the email in CRM. It will be very easy for the activity pane in CRM to quickly fill up with activities to be tracked. I appreciate it's possible to filter these activities out of the list of activities, but it should be possible to remove one permanently.

    Relationship assistant Stakeholder should Salesteam member for users

    We keep getting prompted to add a User as a stakeholder having been CC'd into an email. If you Add the stakeholder then a new contact gets made with the user's email address. This prompt should be ignored for Users or give the option of adding the user to the sales team rather than as a stakeholder.

    Action Card - Open mail to Outlook

    It would be nice to have the 'Open Emil' Action on the Action card take you to the emil inside the full Outlook Web App, instead of just the email inside a browser


     


    Even better would be to have the option of opening the mail inside the full Outlook desktop client or the browser

    Be able to move and manipulate the relationship assistant card

    The relationship assistant cards are great! However, it seems as if I have to close, or snooze the cards in order to view the next cards. It would be nice to be able to manipulate the cards for effectively.

    Deleting items from your Outlook inbox should remove them from Auto Capture

    When you delete an email from your Outlook inbox, it doesn't delete the item from the auto capture in CRM. It should. You have to delete the email from your deleted items in Outlook before it deletes the auto capture in CRM. This isn't a good user experience.

    'Delay send' should be available in D365 App for Outlook

    Outlook (desktop) and Outlook Web are the mostly likely places you'd send email from.


    Would be great to also have this feature on the tablet/phone clients and outlook phone app for iOS/Android
