This is a known limitation in the Dynamics 365 Finance Expense Management mobile app. While the desktop version includes fields like "From" and "To" locations and "Number of passengers" for flight expenses, these are currently missing in the mobile app interface. This gap poses a challenge for organizations in the UK that need to comply with Carbon Footprint reporting requirements. The mobile app is designed for quick expense capture, often prioritizing simplicity over full feature parity. Some fields are hidden or not exposed due to configuration settings or limitations in the mobile UI framework. Requesting Microsoft team to look into this idea for the future releases which will help for the customers.
