The category might not be really good - but it's the best I can find :-)

Microsoft changed the support cycle with the new D365BC version 15 to only mere 12 months primary and another 6 months of extend support – thus forcing us to migrate all customers rapidly to a new version.

We don’t mind doing that, as this is one of our primary goals to keep our customers up to date.

But looking at such a core problem with a tool like RapidStart not working for 5-6 months after an initial release will increase our risk to an unprecedented level … as the timeframe for an upgrade gets really small afterwards.

So please escalate our deepest concern about this matter … Microsoft must ensure that core functionalities like RapidStart work with an initial release, otherwise the new 18 month support cycle will not work in real live scenarios.

Thank you very much
