Once an Order is complete (fulfilled) it should still allow a user to create a new record for an entity that has a referential relationship. We have a custom entity that is related to Orders, not a child, but once the Order is updated to Fulfilled, the button to create a new record for the related entity disappears. New records related to the Order can still be created, just not from the Order form. This causes users extra steps and have to then lookup the correct Order to relate. Other things related to Orders still occur after an order is fulfilled and this functionality should be allowed.
