please consider providing an API that doesn�t only feed contact records into another system (I my case Dynamics to MailChimp) but also is able to delete records again.
Currently I can sync contacts from a Dynamics Marketing list over to MailChimp using Cazoomi SyncApps. However, if the number of the members of the Dynamics Marketing list reduces, the contact Count in MailChimp does not. That is very very uncomfortable because I have to delete the MailChimp list over and over again, loosing lots of valuable subcriber Information along the way and also risking trespasssing data protection guidelines.
Cazoomi Support explained there is nothing they can do until Microsoft makes a change to the current API so I thought I should ask you guys personally as well. The current API is really making my day as a Marketing Manager pretty hard!
