The new functionality seems like a great addition but the framework example (container and asset scanning) is not particularly relevant to standard workflows. Can someone at Microsoft let us know when standard work (e.g. Mixed License Plate receiving, Cycle counting) will be provided?
We would also like to see better method of error handling. We would like an example of how to return server side validation errors that are decoded into lines on the scanner that can be checked and/or corrected.

My company does a lot of receiving and shipping of firearms which has unique serial number and would love this feature. Especially doing cycle counting. The current process is scan a serial number and then enter a quantity of one. It's gets reeeeeeeeeeeally old when counting a 1,000 items.

The ability to multi-scan in the warehouse app was released in demonstration mode in Dec 2018, but still not released to production. I just voted for this and very much agree that this standard functionality that should of never been missing from the warehouse app. When we saw it id demo mode 8 months ago we thought it would be released to production a long time ago.

So since it's already requested, I am giving my vote to make sure this gets completed. I am not sure why the status is "New" when it appears to be already "Planned" and in progress?
