I am currently developing the campaigns entity in a way that is easily understood by our employees.
When trying to create a marketing list using the custom made entities (Targets and Prospects) I have found this is just simply not possible and it means I will have to personally and manually change over 3000 records from prospects into contacts.
As you may be away a lot of businesses buy in marketing lists, therefore they are not contacts and they are not accounts as in my opinion an account will have different contacts within the business whom to speak to.
A target or a prospect are not currently contacts so to speak and therefore I suggest that for all future updates and versions of this program, some functionality is included in order to use custom entities in the marketing lists.
I do believe this is essential functionality to enhance a businesses marketing and campaign strategies.
