Currently, themes are not solution aware, and only one theme for the entire org can be published at a time. When you have multiple BUs in an instance, it would be nice to show their logos / themes based upon the app that is being used. I would like to see themes be tied to each app instead of to the core system only. In that way we could show a theme for each user app either tied to the app or based upon the bu they are in. It would be an alternative to allow jscript access to change the logo of a theme based upon the app that was being used. Without it, CRM implementations that have more than one BU in them would be hard pressed to be able to use themes. They only are fitting for one business per implementation.
