We have a large insurance client who wants to be able to market to both external clients (contacts) and staff (users).

Currently we cannot add Users (or most other entity types to Marketing Lists) so this is not possible.

Creating contacts to represent users as they are currently doing causes a problem with tracking activities - sometimes they are tracked against the contact and sometimes the user - so this is not a viable option.

I know marketing enhancements are in the pipeline for the product but please can you confirm if this will be addressed?
