We are not allowed to use skype or Lync. We manual dial. Thus if I want to edit phone for example, often starts to autodial then fails, then wastes time. Please add in use profile third button for none, so no time is wasted by users who do not have autodial. This should be very minor fix for MS CRM and improve user satisfaction.

We want a third option as 'None' in System settings for 'Set telephony provider'. We understand that for few of the users in organization they might want to use the Skype or Lync option but for few we don't want them to do this. So can we please have such option 'Set Telephony Provider' 'None' in Personal Settings.
