I have a requirement like,

We are maintaining a standard employee masters and providing default department for the same employees.
Here we are expecting whenever we select Employee dimension for account type (vendor,customer,ledger,fixed assets, project) in the journal lines the default dimension(department) of Employee need to come automatically.

EX:- Chandra is an employee in an organization and he belongs to IT department.
Now I am making an entry for employee advance.

I am selecting the General ledger module--General journal--
Account type ledger and account is (Employee advances)xxxx-- here dimensions defined Business unit, department, employee.
Here I am expecting if I select Employee in employee dimension system should pick the department dimension automatically.
But it is not working through standard functionality.
Please give us the solution on this functionality.
