Customer has a cost allocation, where they want to allocate revenue!

This is possible if the allocation is based on "all Costs"

But if the allocation is based on "Precent per Share" or "Amount per Share", then the allacotion amounts get positive.

To get these revenue amount with a negative decimal the idea is to set the "Amount per Share" to be negative. Currently this is not possible. The expectation is that this should be possible,
