Hello Team,

We came across a scenario where our users are having digital signature in their machines and they sent an attachment to CRM using Email. The attachment was encrypted because of digital signature.

We do not have any other solution other than disabling the digital signature, send email and again enable digital signature for now which doesn't work for long running.

I suggest you to make the CRM support digital signature as well.
