401K benefit deductions are non-exempt from state tax withholding in the state of Pennsylvania.
However, the D365 tax engine calculates PA state tax as exempt, when the benefit plan is configured with the standard pretax basis of 401k.
A correction to the tax engine is therefore required, in order to process Pennsylvania state tax withholding correctly.
