This is a very valid product improvement suggestion, since there are a lot of users accessing enterprise apps suite through office 365 home page. Power app model driven app with same name showing on this page without environment subtitle will confuse user on which app they have to access and may need to open all the app to see which one was correct.

I have exactly the same needs. It would be much more convenient to hide a few elements rather than spending a lot of time adding the new value in all pages
