It is not supported to add custom relationships to Address entity.
In our case it is required for some custom entities such as Country/ZipCode.
Standard pick list fields for country and zipcode are not convenient much easier to enter the list once (or even import it) in one place and just add reference than update every entity which has Country/ZipCode fields.

This suggestion seems to be out here many times. I just want to add some clarification on what we would like to see. Instead of making a new post I am going to include it here. Account Hierarchy is great but if the name is different. When you have locations that are diffrent but the company name is the same that makes a tool like the address Entity (CustomerAddress) a almost perfect solution. The problem the CustomerAddress does not work as PSA, FS or other entities. Then we don't want to use the address entity. At a minimum address entity should work on all modules. The ability to create new releationships would be huge as well.

Thank you for your suggestion. I understand the pain of not able to have 1:N and N:1 relationship with address. I know it will open up new scenarios for customers. This functionality is being considered for the next major release of CRM. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
