Enable order notifications for Inbound and Outbound operations in POS. We have turned notification option on in Commerce POS operations, but POS Notification is display ‘Something went wrong’ message
Also would like to utilize the live content feature on POS buttons for Inbound and Outbound operations. We have enabled the live content on these POS buttons, but it displays 0 even when there are active items requiring attention.
Microsoft Support advised that this is working as intended because “Current code doesn't have out-of-box notifications for inbound or outbound. (Have checked in our code and confirmed that inbound/outbound notification is never added).
