On associated view in Web Interface, [Related "Regarding" Records] can be selected.
This function is not installed on UCI, so it would be great if it's installed on UCI as well.

The Open Activity Associated View has an "Include related" toggle button available on the Unified Interface. We Need that same toggle button for the Opportunity/Quote/Order/Invoice Associated Views aswell.
