As stated on page 4 (19-21) of Australian Government Guidelines on the Recognition of Sex and Gender, Australian government require value “Indeterminate/Intersex/Unspecified” apart from “male” and “female”.
Alternatively, “Unspecified” or “ Indeterminate” is required at least.
D365 Financial and Operation provides three options for this base Enum Gender
- Male
- Female
- Non Specific
“Non Specific”doesn’t comply with Australian standard.
Also this enum is not extensible for label change.
For this reason, it is required to have extensibility for Base Enum Gender.
