We keep all of our E-mail Address information in a separate custom entity. This allows us to track subscription per e-mail adddress, as well as keep track of which should be the primary, etc.
However, this prevents us from using many of the Marketing features in CRM because we cannot use that email information.
We would like to be able to create Marketing Lists based on other entities and select the email field that is used.

Dynamics Marketing service (formerly MarketingPilot) is our primary Marketing Automation solution in our product portfolio with the majority of investment in the Dynamics Marketing service.
