I am writing to introduce to you the Cash Flow (Direct Method) Management & Results (CFMR).

The CFMR provides simultaneously more depth to cash management and to a better clarity and transparency to the financial statements by:

• Tracking and capturing each financial transaction through its economic life cycle by identifying the transactions and all its subsequent activities with the period (year) when it was initiated, and


• Requiring the classification of transactions by their type and nature in addition to the traditional accounting classification. These transactions types and nature include: Main revenues operations, Main charges opeartions, acquisitions of PP&E, Other charges opeartions, Other revenues operations, etc. And by operation types: Collections, disbursements, Down payments operations (from Receivables or to Payables) and the barter opeartions.

Numerous additional financial analysis reports can be produced from the treatment and classification, to address the needs and interests of management and for the nimerous Stakeholders.

I hope that these notes (not all-inclusive) have given you a general understading and a quick glimpse. I am very confident about the strength, speediness, maturity and the added value for applying the Cash Flow (Direct method) based on the consistent high value of results, oroginate new finacial ratios and also I would like to add that the concept is an "end-to-end" procedure.
