Would be nice to have an Account Schedule Overview Screen that allows users to collapse/expand, the 'General' parameters section in order to provide more real estate for viewing and interacting with the report.

Also, it would be really nice, if users were allow to include Header and Footer content so when a report is printed, the proper headings and footers display (example header is report title "Trial Balance" and period "For the twelve months ended xx/xx/xx), that would typically mirror external financial reports and footers that allow for notes like 'Internal unaudited report').
