Listing all settings in the app.json file

When you create a new AL project, it would be nice to see alle the available settings and their default values in the app.json file. Whenever a new setting is created, this too should be added to the default list.

Intellisense works in app.json as well, so invoking Ctrl-Space will list all settings in app.json and launch.json.
