System-level management for the explicit personalizations and Personalizations allowed in addition to the current solution. Secondly the possibility to add / remove explicit personalizations / Personalizations allowed from multiple users simultaneously in System admin -> Personalizations with System administrator rights.

At the moment every user needs to go one-by-one, and when there's like 1000 users, it's quite a job to do.
