Calculated fields only allows same type of Date fields. Unable to use OOTB birthdate with Now() function in CRM. Because of this limitation, Customers have to opt for custom jobs to run everyday for updating Age kind of fields.

Would appreciate if Calculated fields can allow Now() function with any type of Date fields.
