Filtering for marketing lists

if one wants to add with a marketingliste , marketinglisten members with a filtering this is totally unclear currently. 


it would be nice if the filtering e.g. Option Set, the already selected option are no longer selectable. (similar to the advanced search). Furthermore it would be super great if the lines are not expanded to the left, so that times must scroll, but that it arranges itself under each other. Maybe even with the possibility of this options off and on to fold to be able to remain here a clarity.
