If you try to [Approve Email] on active mailbox, the mailbox will be enabled and connected to Exchange Online.

But sometimes it can be hard for some users to understand how can mailbox will be enabled by clicking [Approve Email].

The public articles doesn’t even mention about this behavior.

It would be great that if Microsoft can edit the content or provide better knowledge based articles.
