With planner app you have option to add checklist, feature what is very much needed when creating activity e.g. task related to opportunity. This should be feature in Sales. Also referring to team members with "@" and posting some bas communication in timeline. It is by far more efficient to work inside opportunity rather than switching between teams, planner apps, outlook and so on.
