Currently, a Campaign Response can only be created for a Phone Call that was distributed from a Campaign Activity. I would prefer that a Campaign Response could be created from any Phone Call.

Scenario: Prospect phones in - "Hello, I'm calling about XYZ mailshot / billboard that I saw. Can I know more please?". User should be able to log the phone call and create the campaign response from it. Creating a campaign response manually is a laborious process. Many users won't do it.

This is a great use case for Power Apps. Imagine a dedicated application that fires up when a phone call arrives, it opens the form for a new phone response and is partially prefilled. User selects the product context and types in few information. The incoming caller number is mapped to an existing contact (or new contact is created on the fly if desired) and the call can be captured.
