Hi,
Font in Email templates is a nightmare for users.
When you insert a email template we see that the spacing is an issue and sometime the font becomes bold.
This is after upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 2011.

It's the same for CRM 2013. Formatting mail templates is horrible as the font changes from template to the mail saved in CRM to the mail received in a mail Client app.

Same problem. Although email templates are potentially extremely powerful, the clunkiness of the formatting is definitely a roadblock. The simple toolbar pallet is inadequate. Copying from Word can help, but then sometimes leads to later problems in editing.

In my experience, this is a problem even with newly added templates, not just those migrated from CRM 4. Just received word from one of out users who showed me what the template looked like (as template) and what it looked like when utilized (totally different). The template capability leaves much to be desired, but is very much needed.
