Skill maping profiles we can use for workers or past workers who has YES on Workers ->compentencies and development->sklil maping ->YES.
What if company needs only active workers maping? than i have to go to past worker and change this parametr to NO and If i need all than i have turn this parametrs to yes. Do you feel that this isnt correct ?
I suggest that on Skill maping profiles should be parametr where i can say include also past workers. Because turn on this parametrs one by one doest feel right.
