Currently when an activity is completed it displays the terms "Today" or "Yesterday" based on when the item was modified. We need to know what time the items were completed and would like to show the date and time instead. The generic terms really do not help us very much.

I agree on this topic. Customer Service user type handle today Cases in CRM orignated by emails. When they interact with their customers in the same day related to one case, they cannot have a clear view in social pane on activities sorting because of this "Today" term. It confuses a lot of users. A good historic order of Activities is needed for a daily basis job like Customer Service.

I agree. Users would like to see "Today at [time]" or "Yesterday at [time]", not just "Today" or "Yesterday". Time of the activity is much more relevant for recent activities, but it's only shown for older activities.

I absolutly agree. Our users complain about the lack of details on the datetime of the activities on social pane.
