If a global company has legal entities across the globe, but their bank account is located in Europe. Then there is now way in the standard methods of payment to assign the correct Charge bearer for an electronic payment. This field is only available for legal entities with primary address in Europe.
The charge bearer field should be available for all legal entities across the all regions. As a minimum is should be available when the bank account address is in Europe.

We haven't heard this from other customers, yet, and this hasn't got enough votes for further consideration. For the foreseeable future, we are not considering the suggestion but if you find more customers that ask for the same scenario, please keep sharing the insights.
