Client would like that when you update yours goals or review, that the goals and reviews are linked and automated. eg When you add your goals, you can automatically add the goals to the review process. or the other way around, you add goals to to your review and the process is automated. The process needs to linked somehow. Also, as the process is linked to remuneration, the saving and deletion of goals should be limited. There are not controls in place for checking that all employees have added all thier goals to their reviews, etc without checking manually (until performance is on the CDS). In summary, goals and reviews need to be linked more closely with automation.
