The Customer Service workspace supports 10 concurrent sessions total: Home + nine work sessions. When this limit is reached, the platform intentionally blocks creation of another session until an existing work session is closed.

Observed behavior

One browser tab can contain only 8 cases. In reality, one support person may need to handle more than 8 cases at the same time. Currently, users must open multiple browser tabs, which causes confusion and requires searching back and forth for cases. Some related cases may lose focus, Causes of operational confusion and productivity loss for support staff due to tab limitations and inefficient case management.
