Is it possible to include outbound call insights for voice channel in omnichannle intraday insights and omnichannel historical insights.

Thanks for sharing the feedback with us. We have introduced outbound analytics on Overview of real-time Omnichannel analytics dashboard | Microsoft Learn.
We have plans to add more metrics to our real-time analytics and historical analytics, and would share on this forum once they are finalized.
