Currently if you submit a request to register for a course via ESS, and the request is rejected via the workflow approval process, it is not possible to attempt to re-register for that course at a later date. The rejection of registration could have been for a number of different reasons and the employee should be able to attempt to re-register at a later date (if the course is still available).
