Hello, 

In the Time entry form, we configure that only a custom view is used to choose a Project in the lookup field 'Project'. This view displays the Project that have specific custom entry of the out of the box field nammed 'Overall Project Status'.

But when a user creates a new time entry, the list of projects available don't respect the configuration of the view.
