Currently, if we process a Quote or Sales Order using a company record�s more shipping address, the shipping account number does not automatically transfer to the Quote or Sales Order. Thus, we currently have to remember to copy and paste the information into the Quote or Sales Order. If this functionality could be added to an upcoming version of CRM, it will reduce the potential for error. We have more and more situations where we ship to a �more address� using a customer�s freight account number.
