Provision to Lock Custom Fields on Segment Entity form and OOB fields on Customer Journey entity Form

We are unable make fields ready only-

  1. Custom Fields on Segment entity form with business rule, JavaScript or form setting as two out of the box functions onload of segment forms making them editable
  2. OOB Field on Customer Journey form with business rule, JavaScript or form setting as two out of the box functions onload of segment forms making them editable.

Raised issue with MS support but got to know currently they are not supporting this feature.

You can now create custom fields on RTM journeys starting March 2023. Segmentation customization will be release in the later half of 2023 Wave 1.
