Customer is getting an error message "It is not possible to copy one or more of the selected sales order lines. The sales order lines that you are trying to copy are dependent on a sales agreement. A copy of the sales order lines would conflict with that sales agreement”.

The problem appears when the expiration date of the sales agreement position is exceeded.

The sales order position gets a new delivery date because of the logic Delivery date = current date + sales lead time (from setup in accounts receivable parameters).

The new delivery date and the expiration date doesn't match anymore then and it's not possible to create the credit note line.

The customer uses service products which are not stocked. So, it is not even possible to create a return order.

Product group team has concluded it has intended functionality.

Customer expectation is it must be possible to credit service products even after the expiration date of the sales agreement and the link to the sales agreement must also stay.
