When the Work Order Service Task is generated from Incident Type (OOB logic), the ‘Name’ field (on Work Order Service Task) is populated with Service Task name (Task Type Name) I think in many scenarios it would be better to use Incident Type Service Task name instead. It would be easy to accomplish this by entity mapping but currently there is no relationship between Work Order Service Task and Incident Type Service Task. This relationship (lookup value) should be populated by OOB Field Service logic which is responsible for Work Order Service Task generation based on Incident Type.

Siemens (S500) reached out for this feature. They 3-4 custom fields which they want to map using relationship mapping.
