The 8.2 and 9.0 Outlook apps notify the user "Create contact first to avoid duplicates" when an email address does not exist in CRM.

Currently the Outlook app allows you to add a *new* contact/lead. Would also like the option to resolve the email address to an *existing* contact/lead record.
