RM Statement Word Template - Adding Short Form Email Functionality

Please add Word Template Email functionality to the RM Statement Short Form. Currently this functionality is only available on the RM Statement Blank Paper Form. Ideally Word Template Email functionality should be available on all RM Statement Forms.
