Lead Qualification Process – Users should have the option to choose how to qualify a lead. A lead could become a contact in an account and perhaps an opportunity but they don’t always become opportunities! Now CRM is automatically qualifying leads into Opportunities which is causing a head ache for our Sales Team. We need our dialog back which lets the user choose how to qualify it.
