We want to send all outgoing emails from a queue with a linked functional mailbox. So when you create a new outgoing email in CRM, the 'From' field should be populated automatically with the queue.
Currently, there is a possibility to solve this with a workflow but the timing is not correct. You must first click 'send' or 'save' to ensure that the queue is filled. Ideally, you should see the queue immediately, without clicking 'save' or 'send'.
