Please change the date format for the scheduling portal to a clear, unambiguous format e.g. 4 Dec 2020. In fact, this should be the default date format for all admin tools. I have rescheduled our transition to 4 Dec 2020, but not being American when i see 12/04/2020 I automatically think 12 April 2020...
