Dynamics 365 Sales and marketing warehouse and production site item customer sales order lines quantities visibility enable or disable

Wish there is an option to easily enable or disable visibility of production and/or item warehouse item quantities, while in access lookup from customer sales order lines, for purpose of (e.g. protection, item visibility reservations, upon request, or other.)
