Time Entry requires a Start and End time for our customers. Mostly they do their time reporting with exact hours. Also if they made a break between the work, this needs to be reflected as work break

With the updated 2020 Wave 1 release of Project Service Automation we have included in the schema start and end time constructs (with duration calculated).
This means partners will be able to add the start and end time of time entries and have the duration reflected automatically.
We will not however update the time entry control, as the majority of our users enter time in hours per day.
