When a Sales rep is try to add the customer credit cards for the first time in Dynamics, they have to enter card details plus CVV. We do not want CVV as mandatory feature because it is not mandatory in Adyen portal as well as it is extra step in sales process. In some systems entering this CVV is not mandatory. However, when we are trying to add credit cards in Dynamics it is mandatory. The Adyen team had suggested that it is not mandatory but can be useful for the security purpose. We feel that this security check should be optional and not a mandatory setup in dynamics as this is affecting customer experience and is not a standard process.
